米诺地尔酊联合氦氖激光治疗脂溢性脱发的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米诺地尔酊联合氦氖激光治疗脂溢性脱发的临床效果。方法选择2012年4月至2014年2月于本院接受治疗的74例脂溢性脱发患者为研究对象,组内按病程长短分层后采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者给予氦氖激光治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予米诺地尔酊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及临床症状、体征改善情况。结果观察组患者愈显率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者瘙痒、油腻、鳞屑等临床症状均显著改善,且观察组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者脱发情况显著改善,新生毛发均显著增多,且观察组改善及增多幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米诺地尔酊联合氦氖激光治疗脂溢性脱发效果显著,能有效改善患者瘙痒、油腻、鳞屑等临床症状,促进新发生长,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minoxidil tincture combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia. Method 74 cases of seborrheic alopecia patients treated in our hospital from April 2012 to February 2014 were selected as the research objects. The length of the course of the disease in the group after stratified, according to the random number table method they were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with He-Ne laser therapy, observation group patients were treated with minoxidil tincture treatment on the basis of control group. The clinical curative effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs between the two groups were compared. Result The healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, two groups of patients with pruritus, greasy, scales and other clinical symptoms were significantly improved, and observation group improved more significantly than control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, two groups of patients with hair loss were significantly improved, new hair were significantly increased, and observation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minoxidil tincture combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia has significant effect, can effectively improve the patients with pruritus, greasy, scales and other clinical symptoms, promote hair growth, worthy of clinical application.
