摘　　要：从邯钢三炼钢厂精炼现场应用角度出发,开发了基于PLC的LF精炼炉生产过程监控系统,详述了包括系统配置、数据库开发、数据通信在内的系统构成,介绍了系统的设计流程及主要功能。工艺人员利用该系统对精炼生产过程中的加料、底吹、供电、测温、喂丝、静吹等多个环节的全自动监控功能及历史查询功能,制定合理的工艺模式,并督导现场操作工按照工艺标准进行操作,实现生产现场的精细化控制,使精炼现场的合金、供电成本大幅降低,取得了良好的经济效果。Considering the application of refining field in the third steelmaking plate of Han-Steel,the monitoring system during LF refining furnace production process is developed based on PLC. The system configuration,database development and data communication are discussed and the design process and main function are introduced. The reasonable process mode is formulated using fully automatic monitoring and history inquiry functions of the system in charging,bottom blowing,power supply,temperature measurement,wire feeding,static blowing,etc. during refining production process,and supervise the field operators in accordance with the standard operation process. It implements fine control in field and reduces the cost of the alloy and the power supply,which obtains good economic results.
