摘　　要：根据低硅钢SS400-A/B的钢种特点,通过对关键工序生产工艺参数进行优化调整,如控制转炉终点C、增大精炼渣量、做好不增Si脱氧工作、全程保护浇铸、塞棒吹氩等措施,成功开发出低硅钢SS400-A/B。实践表明,钢水可浇性良好,钢种成分合格率达到100%,夹杂物控制良好。The SS400-A/B low silicon steel is successfully developed by modifying the key factors in the steelmaking process,such as control C content of converter endpoint,increasing the mass of refining slag,deoxidation without increasing Si content,protective casting in the whole process,blowing argon into the stopper,etc. The practice results show that the molten steel has a good castability,the chemical composition can totally meet the requirements of the customers,and the inclusions are well controlled.
