摘  要:在考察加温与常温精选过程中白钨矿与其它含钙盐类矿物浮游性规律的基础上,研究矿石性质与精选方法之间的联系,并从溶液化学及晶体化学角度对精选技术原理做了进一步探讨。研究表明,在白钨精选过程中,当矿石类型为白钨矿—石英(或硅酸盐矿物)时,白钨矿的精选即可以采用常温法,也可以采用加温法,两种方法均可获得较好的分选效果。当矿石中萤石含量较高时,精选方法的不同对白钨矿的浮选指标影响很大,加温法的浮选效果明显优于常温法。当矿石中方解石含量较高时,无论采用常温法还是加温法,方解石均不容易被硅酸钠所抑制,可通过使用组合抑制剂强化对方解石的抑制。与加温法相比,常温法的搅拌时间要大大加长,需强搅拌,并且其浮选指标不如加温法稳定。Based on the flotability studies of scheelite and calcium saline minerals in cleaning separation by heating and normal temperature method, the relationship between the ore properties and separation method was studied, and further discussions were made on the aspects of solution chemistry and crystal chemistry to mechanism on the process of concentration for scheelite. The result of flotation of mixed minerals showed that, when the ore properties in the flotation is scheelite-quartz (or silicate minerals), both the heating-up method and normal method showed good results and good separation. Moreover, when the fluorite takes relatively higher proportion, the heating- up method is the superior with sound separation of minerals. When the proportion of calcite is relatively high, calcite was hard to be inhibited by sodium silicate under both methods, by using combined depressants to enhance inhibition of calcite. Comparing with the heating method, stability of the flotation indexes for normal method is lower, needing strong mixing and long time.
