摘 要:设计3个试验内容,分别从细粒尾矿、模袋体及模袋层间3个方面开展了细粒尾矿模袋法特性试验研究。研究表明,模袋与细粒尾矿组成的模袋充填体可获得较高的承载力,模袋层间强度参数较尾砂体亦有较大幅度的提高。最后开展现场工业试验,进一步揭示了细粒尾矿特性及其模袋法堆坝的适用性,拓宽了尾矿堆坝所要求的粒径范围。该成果对于进一步研究细粒尾矿模袋法堆坝具有指导意义。Three kinds of experiments such as fine grained tailings tests, geofabriform tests and interface of geofabrifrom tests are designed and conducted respectively to study the characteristics of bag filling body with fine tailings. The test results indicate that filling body composed of geofabriform and fine tailings has a higher bearing capacity, and the interfacial shear strength of geofabriform has also been greatly improved. Finally, the industrial test, further reveals the characteristics and applicability of fine tailings dam using geofabriform method, broadens the range of application of particle size for building tailings dam. Research results can be applied to guide the research on fine grained tailings damming using geofabriform method.
