摘  要:利用HYSYS模拟软件对延128净化厂的MDEA脱碳装置进行了模拟研究,并分析了原料气温度、吸收塔操作压力、吸收塔塔板数、MDEA溶液浓度等对MDEA脱碳效果的影响规律。结果表明,随着原料气温度的升高,溶液对CO_2的脱除率呈下降趋势;随着吸收塔操作压力的升高,CO_2的脱除率先呈线性规律增加并逐渐趋于变缓的趋势;吸收塔塔板数越多,溶液对CO_2的吸收效果越好;而随着MDEA溶液浓度的增大,CO_2的脱除率呈现出先增加后减小的趋势。The MDEA decarbonization system of natural gas for Yan 128 purification plant was simulated by Hysys,and the influence of inlet temperature for feed gas,operating pressure for absorption column,number of plate for absorption column,the concentration of MDEA solution are analyzed. The result show that with the increase of temperature for feed gas,the removal rate for CO_2 is reduced; the increasing trend for CO_2 removal rate becomes larger linearly,and then it makes steady after arriving at a certain extent with the increase of operating pressure for absorption column; the increase of plate number for absorption column is beneficial to the absorption of CO_2; the CO_2 removal rate is increased with increasing concentration of MDEA solution,when the concentration is too high,and the change is slowed down gradually.
