摘 要:以2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)为印迹分子,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)或海藻酸钠(SA)为功能单体,考察功能单体种类、聚乙烯醇(PVA)的添加量、CMC与2,4-DCP的质量比等因素对印迹膜的吸附和渗透性能的影响,确定了印迹膜制备的最佳方法和条件参数.当CMC∶2,4-DCP质量比为90∶4,加入PVA溶液质量分数为3%,可得到性能最佳的2,4-DCP印迹膜,并对制备的印迹膜进行SEM表征和选择性吸附实验。结果表明,所制备的印迹膜具有明显的印迹效应,对2,4-DCP有高度的识别和选择性吸附能力.In this paper, the molecularly imprinted membrane was prepared by using 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) as the imprinted molecule, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) or sodium alginate (SA) as functional monomer. And the effects of the kind of functional monomer, the addition amount of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and mass ratio of CMC to 2,4-DCP on adsorption and penetrating quality of the prepared imprinted membranes were investigated. The optimum conditions for preparing molecularly imprinted membranes were determined, which were as following: the concentration of PVA solution was 3% (m/m), the ratio of CMC to 2,4-DCP was 90: 4. The prepared imprinted membrane was characterized by SEM and the selective adsorption experiment. The experimental results indicated that the prepared imprinted membranes represented apparent imprinting effects and had high recognition and selective adsorption ability for 2,4-DCP.
