休闲农业升级发展的科技支撑体系及对策研究——以天津为例

摘　　要：在休闲农业发展过程中,从生产领域到加工流通领域再到休闲服务领域,各个环节都需要相应的科技支持,因此生产加工技术的创新、新型物流技术的应用、现代营销技术的推广、信息技术的建设以及科技培训的实施,均为休闲农业价值的实现提供了有力的保障,可以说,科技进步对于休闲农业产业升级发展具有重要的意义。本文以天津休闲农业发展实际为例,指明科技支撑天津休闲农业发展的思路与模式,构建涵盖休闲农业发展中关键环节的科技支撑体系,并针对天津休闲农业发展中面临的科技问题,提出系列对策建议,从而为天津休闲农业可持续发展提供参考。During the process of leisure agriculture developing, from the production area to the processing and circulation area, and also to the leisure service area, all need the support of science and technology, and therefore the innovation of making technique, the using of new logistics technologies, the extending of modem marketing techniques, the development of information technology, and the implementation of scientific technology training all provide heavy supporting for realizing the value of recreational agriculture. This ar- ticle took the practice of recreational agriculture in Tianjin for example, pointed out the developmental way and pattern, constructed the technology supporting system, and at last put forward countermeasures in order to provide some theory and practical assumptions for maintaining sustainable development of Tianjin recreational agriculture.
