额敏县土地利用结构分析及优化研究

摘　　要：土地利用结构可直接反映一定时期内的土地利用状况,为了使额敏县的土地利用结构调整趋于科学合理化,基于额敏县2010—2013年数据,运用多样化指数、罗伦兹曲线及土地利用类型动态度等方法,对额敏县土地利用结构进行分析。研究发现额敏县土地利用类型较少,多样化程度较低,土地利用变化速度较为缓慢。由罗伦兹曲线可得,额敏县土地利用类型集中于牧草地、耕地、林地。综合来说,当前的土地利用结构不利于额敏县土地利用管理。结合额敏县土地利用结构变化情况就土地利用制度、土地利用管理方式、土地可持续利用、建设用地审批、土地信息系统化5方面提出促进额敏县土地合理利用的建议对策。The land use structure can directly reflect the land use period of time, in order to make land use structure adjustment tends Emin scientific rationalization, based on the data of Emin from 2010--2013, used diversification index, Lorenz curve and land use dynamic degree anylyzed land use structure of Emin. The results showed that Emin county land-use types was less, degree of diversi- fication, land-use change was slowly. By the Lorenz curve available, land use types of Emin county focused on grassland, farmland, woodland. In summary, the current land use structure in Emin is not conducive to land use management. Combined with changes in land use structure of Emin actual situation gave some countemeasures to promote land use of Emin on the land use system, land use management, sustainable land use, construction land approval, land information systems.
