摘　　要：为了充分利用高粱的抗旱、耐瘠、耐盐碱等独特优势,推进高粱产业的稳步发展,提高不同用途高粱的利用比率,综述了近年来施肥、田间管理等对高粱品质性状的影响。结果表明,不同的田间栽培措施对高粱品质的影响较大,种植户应根据高粱用途及品种特性,选择适宜的配套技术及管理措施,从而满足不同的市场需求。In order to make full use of sorghum characteristics of drought-resistance, barren-tolerance, saline tolerance and other u- nique advantages, and to promote the steady development of the sorghum industry, and to improve the utilization ratio of different uses of sorghum , this paper reviewed the effects of different fertilizers, field management and other aspects recently. The results showed that different field cultivation measures have bigger influence on the quality of sorghum, farmers should choose appropriate supporting technology and management measures based on the characteristics of sorghum varieties, so as to meet different market demands.
