摘　　要：从黄瓜种子采前发芽现象的危害、性状表现及其影响因素等方面,综述了黄瓜种子采前发芽的研究进展,进而针对性地提出黄瓜采前发芽应该从遗传、分子标记、基因克隆、生理生化等方面开展深入研究。提出黄瓜种子采前发芽会严重危害黄瓜种子产量和质量,该性状由基因型决定并容易受到环境因素特别是温度的影响;对于不易发生采前发芽的品种,即使环境适宜,种子也不会在瓜腔内发芽。The paper summarized the research progress of cucumber seeds pre-harvest sprouting, including phenomenon, character expression and its influencing factors. Proposed that cucumber seeds pre-harvest sprouting should be in-depth research from four as- pects such as genetic, molecular marker, gene cloning, physiological and biochemical. The cucumber seeds pre-harvest sprouting would cause serious damage to cucumber seed production and quality, the character was dominated by the genotype and easily affect- ed by environmental factors, especially temperature; for some not easy to sprout varieties, seeds would not sprout in the melon cavity even if the environment was appropriate.
