摘　　要：选取《湖南日报》和《潇湘晨报》为研究样本,分析地方报纸在征地拆迁议题中的媒介呈现,总结出地方党报在国家话语权下的政绩成就框架和地方都市报在独立报道理念下的冲突框架,而无论那种框架形式都在一定程度上受到国家权威的影响,因此两者又集合为国家话语权下的多元主义框架。This paper selects Hunan Dailyand Xiaoxiang Morning News as the research sample,analysis the media presentation of the issues of land acquisition and demolition in the local newspaper and summed up the conflict framework between the local Party＇s newspaper in the national discourse performance achievement framework and the local newspaper under the concept of independent report.Both kinds of framework are influenced by the authority of the state in a certain extent.Therefore,they set for national discourse in the pluralism framework.
