农村残障者家庭需求状况研究——基于河南省D村的调查

摘　　要：残障者的需求状况一直是学界和实务界的关注议题,相比之下国内将残障者家庭需求作为整体进行探讨的实证研究并不多见。文章以农村残障者家庭为关注点,尝试描述其基本状况和主要需求,通过对河南省D村15户残障者家庭的质性研究,发现其需求主要表现在经济需求、照顾需求和家庭关系需求三个方面。具体而言,农村残障者家庭主要面临着高额支出和更少收入来源造成的经济压力;主要照顾者体力、精力不足而引起的照顾压力;负面情绪导致的家庭关系困扰。基于上述研究发现,笔者提出了发展以家庭为本的残障社会政策和服务的相关建议。Many studies have been conducted on the needs of the disable people, but there is little empirical study discussing the needs of the disabled in the perspective of family in China. The author focused on rural families with disabled members as a whole, and conducted a qualitative study by interviewing 15 families with disabled members in D Village, Henan Province. The author found that economic needs, care needs and needs of family ties are main aspects of the needs of rural families with disabled members. In particular, the rural families with disabled members faced with stresses such as economic pressure caused by high expense and low income, care pressure caused by insufficient strength and energy of the main caregiver, beset in family relationship caused by unhealthy emotions. Also, some suggestions on family-based social policy and service related to the disabled were argued in this paper.
