摘 要:目的:探究对比医院环境空气细菌常用的监测方法,并对其监测结果进行比较分析,从而为医院环境空气细菌监测寻找最佳的监测方法。方法:随机选取桌院采血室、ICU病房、手术室内、微生物实验室等不同场所,收集这一空间区域的空气后采用荧光粒子计数器动态监测方法、自然沉降法以及撞击法对细菌的数量实施监测。对不同细茵检测方法监测的结果进行比较分析。结果:在不同的场所,采用荧光粒子计数器动态监测方法所监测到的粒子数和细菌数之间有一定的相关性,在同一时间医院的不同地点,细菌分级表现出不一致性。结论:在医院环境空气细菌监测方法中采用荧光粒子计数器动态监测方法,可以明确空气中的粒子数,进而为空气中的细菌数提供参考,具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To explore and compare the monitoring method of the bacteria in the hospital environment, and to analyze the results of the hospital, so as to find the best method for the monitoring of environmental air bacteria in hospital. Methods: We randomly select the blood collection room, ICU ward, operating room, microbiology laboratory and other places, the use of fluorescent particle counter dynamic monitoring method, natural sedimentation method and impact method for the monitoring of the number of bacteria, the results of monitoring of different bacteria detection. Results: In different sites, the particle number and the number of bacteria were detected by the dynamic monitoring method, and there was a certain correlation between the number of particles and the number of bacteria. Conclusion: In the method of environmental air monitoring in hospital, the dynamic monitoring method of fluorescent particle counter can be used to clear the particle number in the air, and then provide reference for the number of bacteria in the air, which has important clinical value.
