摘  要:研究了国内某超超临界机组高温再热器所含的三种奥氏体钢(TP347H、S304H和HR3C)换热管氧化皮的化学清洗特征,考察了清洗过程中试片的腐蚀状况以及晶间腐蚀特征。研究结果表明,清洗介质选择合理,实现了易剥离的表层氧化皮的去除以及多种奥氏体钢表面富铬层完整保留的目的。三种奥氏体钢材质的腐蚀速度控制在较低的水平,且无晶间腐蚀现象发生。Cleaning characteristics of oxides scales on three typical materials (TP347H, S304H, HR3 C ) in the re - heater of a domestic ultra - supercritical power plant were studied, and the general corrosion rates of these materials and the intergranular corrosion of austenitic steel after cleaning process was researched. The experimental results indicate that the oxides scales can be effectively re- moved and the rich chromium layer can he reserved. The corrosion rate of these materials is low level during the chemical cleaning and does not have the tendency of intergranular corrosion.
