摘　　要：研究汽车发动机连杆自动清洗设备,主要围绕三菱可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)对整个清洗设备系统动作进行控制,结合清洗机液压同步顶升控制系统而展开,使发动机连杆清洗设备达到相应的控制要求和清洗质量。并对各个系统之间的联系和影响进行了深入的研究,着重针对液压行程控制系统中的液压缸同步控制和控制精度问题进行了分析和解决。The paper studied the automatic cleaning equipment of automobile engine connecting rod, mainly around the Mitsubishi PLC to control the whole cleaning equipment system action, combined with the cleaning machine hydraulic syne jack - up control system, which make the engine connecting rod cleaning equipment to achieve corresponding control requirements and the quality. And research deeply impact on the connection between the various systems, analyzed and solution for stroke of the hydraulic control system of the hydraulic cylinder synchronization control and control precision.
