摘　　要：采用阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂与复合金属缓蚀剂的复配方法,研究出了一种在常温下就能很好地除去金属表面油污的低泡清洗剂,且该清洗剂对多种金属均具有优异的防锈能力。通过正交标法确定该清洗剂的组分。该清洗剂有很强的清洗能力,环境污染小,安全性高。其具有良好的防腐防锈性能,可替代传统的有机溶剂和碱性洗涤液。A low foam water -based cleaning agent that could efficiently remove oil and grease from metal surface at room temperature was developed. Nonionic surfactants and anionic surfactant were selected by formulation experiment. The effect of individual component of the degreaser on degreasing effect was studied by orthogonal test. It can not only remove oil and grease from the metal surface quickly and thoroughly, but also processes the characteristics of metal protection, rust proofing, high security and environmental benign. It could replace conventional organic solvents and alkaline liquid. washing
