摘 要:以表面具有沟槽结构的蔺草为基体,不作粉碎处理,在其表面负载活性炭颗粒,研究其对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能,考察了吸附时间、溶液p H、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、吸附材料用量等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率的影响。结果表明,p H对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附率的影响较为明显,当溶液p H小于4.0时,可获得较高的吸附率。负载活性炭大幅度提高了蔺草对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能,当p H为2.0,蔺草用量1.0 g/50 ml,对浓度100 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)溶液25℃下吸附24 h,Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附率可达99%以上。吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,表明蔺草负载活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附以化学吸附为主。Composite adsorbent based on mat rush (Juncus effusus L. ) was prepared to adsorb Cr(VI) in aqueous solution. Firstly the rush was cut into small pieces without being smashed, and then activated carbon (AC) particles were deposited on its surface. The adsorption property of the composite material was researched, and effects of absorptive oscillation time, pH value, initial concentration of Cr(VI) and adsorbent dosage were investigated. The results showed that the pH value of the solution affected the adsorption rate severely, and only when the pH value was low- er than 4.0, high adsorption rate could be achieved. The composite adsorbent acquired good adsorption ability due to the deposition of AC, in condition that the pH value was 2.0, the adsorbent dosage was 1.0 g/50 ml, and the oscillation time was 24 hours, an adsorption rate higher than 99% could be obtained in the 100 mg,/L Cr(VI) solution at 25 ℃. The adsorption isotherm followed the Langmuir model, which indicated that the adsorption of Cr(VI) was mainly chemical adsorption.
