摘 要:[目的]了解安徽省蔬菜基地土壤和灌溉水中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的残留状况,为农产品的质量安全监管提供科学依据。[方法]对合肥、滁州和马鞍山地区12个代表性蔬菜基地的土壤和灌溉水进行调查采样,利用气相色谱质谱联用检测技术(GCMS),分析了土壤和灌溉水中18种PAEs化合物的含量。[结果]土壤样品中检出了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2乙基)己酯(DEHP),其总含量为0.204 3~0.483 8 mg/kg,以滁州基地最高;灌溉水样品中18种PAES均未检出。土壤中PAEs以DBP和DEHP为主,DBP含量已超过美国土壤控制标准。[结论]安徽省蔬菜基地土壤已受到一定程度的PAEs污染。[ Obsjective ] To estimate the residual risk of phthalate acid esters (PAEs)in soil and irrigating water from vegetable fields in Anhui Province to provide scientific basis for supervising quality and safety of argircultural products. [ Method] 18 PAEs in soil and irrigating water samples from 12 typical vegetable fields in Hefei ,Chuzhou and Maanshan regions were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). [ Results] Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and phthalate (2-ethylhexyl)ester (DEHP) were found in all soil samples; the total, content ranged from 0. 204 3 to 0.483 8 mg/kg in the three typical vegetable fields, and it was the highest in Chuzhou. None of 18 PAEs were found in irrigating water samples. The content of DBP in all soil samples exceeded US allowable soil concentration. [ Conclusion] Soil from vegetable fields of Anhui Province has been polluted by PAEs to some extent.
