摘  要:[目的]研究红拟棒角蝗Gomphocerippus rufus(Linnaeus)的染色体核型及C带带型。[方法]采用野外活体处理,染色体常规制片法制片;利用BSG法进行C带显带处理,显微摄影后,测量染色体和C带带纹的相对长度,计算每条染色体异染色质的含量。[结果]红拟棒角蝗的染色体数目为2n(♂)=21,染色体臂数NF=27。性别决定机制为XO型。染色体组式为4L+4M+2S+X。L1、L2、L3属于中着丝粒染色体,其余的都为端着丝粒染色体。每条染色体仅具有着丝粒C带带纹,无其他带型。异染色质在整个染色体组中的总含量为19.71%。[结论]为槌角蝗科昆虫的细胞遗传学和细胞分类学研究提供染色体及其显带方面的基础资料。[ Objective ] To research the chromosomal C banding karyotype of Gomphocerippus rufus. L Method J BSG method was used to carry out the banding treatment. After the micrography, the the relative lengths of chromosome and C banding were measured, and the content of heterochromatin in each chromosome was counted. [ Result] The sex-determining mechanism of G. rufus was XO and the chromosome number was 2n( 8 ) = 21 with a karyotype formula of 4L + 4M + 2S + X and NF = 27. The chromosomes were three metacentric pairs and five telocentric pairs, and X chromosomes was also telocentric one. All the chromosomes had the centromeric C banding. In addition, the total content of heterochromatin in the genome was 19.71%. [ Conclusion] The research provides the data about the chromosome and banding for the cytogenies and cytotaxonomy of Gomphoceridae.
