摘　　要：通过对内蒙古、陕西、山西、山东等煤炭主产地、重点煤炭企业的调研发现,随着煤炭价格的大幅下跌,煤炭企业煤炭产品出厂价普遍与生产成本倒挂,企业陷入极度困境,并且,这一严峻形势存在进一步恶化的趋势。若不采取果断措施加以遏制,将会对煤炭产业乃至整个社会造成更大的危害,必须引起高度重视。The investigation on the major coal production provinces and the major coal enterprises in Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Shandong and other places showed that with the high declination of the coal prices,the producer price of the coal products from the coal enterprises is reversal to the production cost generally.The coal enterprises are in an exceptional hardship.From the strategic view of the energy security and the economic and social stability of the Government,with the stabilization of the coal prices and the reduction of the enterprise＇s load,the further worse tendency of the present economic situation should be controlled.
