摘　　要：通过广泛调研和系统研究,在分析企业实际决策需求和矿井建设项目自身特点的基础上,构建了由4个技术指标和5个经济指标组成的矿井建设项目决策指标体系。对9个决策指标进行了详细研究,界定了相关指标的概念,分析了其实际意义及在项目决策中的作用,并通过对地质条件、煤种、开拓方式、设计规模等影响因素的分析,提出了确定具体指标标准值的相关建议。With a wide investigation and systematic study,based on a study on an actual decision making requirements of an enterprise and the features of the underground mine construction project,the decision making index system of the underground mine construction project composited with 4 technical indexes and 5 economic indexes was established.The detail study was conducted on the 9 decision making indexes.The related index conceptions were defined.The practical meaning and the role in the project decision making were analyzed.With the analysis on the geological conditions,coal types,mine development mode,designed scale and other influence factors,the related proposals were provided to set up the standard value of the certain index.
