摘　　要：目的:通过功效实验来观察清凉润喉片的保健功效作用。方法:通过抗炎试验、镇痛试验、对免疫功能的影响试验确定清凉润喉片的功效与主治。结果:清凉润喉片有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。无明显促进正常小鼠、免疫力低下小鼠免疫力作用。结论:采用该方法确定清凉润喉片的功效与主治,操作简便、准确可靠,为清凉润喉片的临床试验提供科学的理论依据。Objective：To observe the efficacy of health care function of Throat moistening tablets by the efficacy experiment. Methods：Through the experiment of anti-inflammatory analgesic test and its influence on immune function test to determine the efficacy and indications of Throat moistening tablets. Results：The （ throat moistening tablets） has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect obviously. No promotion of normal mice,low immunity mice immunity function. Conclusion：Using this method to determine the efficacy and indications of cool throat tablets and the operation is simple,accurate and re-liable. It＇s provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical trials of Throat moistening tablets.
