乳管镜在乳头溢液性疾病诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳管镜在乳头溢液诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析683例经乳管镜检查及治疗的乳头溢液病人的临床资料。结果:乳管镜成功检查683例疑似乳头溢液病人,16例镜下诊断为乳腺癌,389例诊断为导管内乳头状瘤,镜下检查结果与术后病理结果符合率分别为68.7%(11/16)、83.5%(325/389);诊断为导管扩张症143例,慢性乳管炎135例,行乳管药物灌洗后乳管溢液得到明显好转或根治。结论:纤维乳管镜对乳头溢液性疾病的确诊率高,手术定位精确,避免了盲目手术,减少不必要的手术创伤,为诊断乳腺疾病提供了新的手段。Objective：To evaluate the application value of ductoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge diseases.Methods：The clinical data of 683 patients with nipple discharge undergoing ductoscopic examination and therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results：683 cases were checked successfully.1 6 cases of them were diagnosed with breast cancer （68.7% of them approved by pathology）,389 were diagnosed with papilloma （83.5%）;mammary duct ectasia and chronic inflammation were diagnosed in 143 and 135 cases,after ductal lavage through drugs,the nipple discharge had significantly improved or cured. Conclusion：Ductoscopy has considerably high diagnostic rate in nipple discharge and it provides precisely surgical position.It can avoid the blindness of the operation and reduce the unnecessary surgical trauma,thus it becomes a new method for the diagnosis of breast diseases.
