抗生素临床合理应用的研究进展

摘　　要：抗生素是临床上用于治疗细菌感染的首选药物,随着医药事业的发展,如今已有近百种抗生素供临床使用,但随之而来的抗生素临床不合理应用现象也越来越多,其中包括无适应症使用抗生素、用法与用量不当、联合用药不当、忽略配伍禁忌及不良反应等,本文就以上现象出现的原因、可能导致的危害及避免途径做一简单综述。Objective：Methods：Results：Conclusion：Antimicrobial agents are the first choice to cure the bacterial infection in clinic.With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, there are nearly one hundred types of antimicrobial agents which are used in clinic.But in the train of the phenomena of unreasonable applications of the antimicrobial agents are increased, including of no indications,improper usage and dosage,unsuitable combined medications,the ignorance of incompatibilities of drugs in a prescription and adverse reaction etc.This paper summarized the reasons,lesions and avoiding methods of these unreasonable phenomena.
