摘 要:在研究单颗磨粒磨削性能的基础上,开始研究分析磨钻表面随机分布磨粒的情况。首先在ProE/5.0中建立虚拟磨钻,其中磨粒的位置和姿态都随机分布在磨钻表面,再将其模型导入到Deform-3D软件中进行仿真,根据仿真结果得出:磨粒在随机分布的形势下,应力和载荷都随着CBN磨粒浓度的升高而降低,而温度则随着CBN磨粒浓度的增加而升高。这说明,在一定范围内,细粒度的CBN磨粒具有更好的加工性能。Based on research of single abrasive grain,the distribution of CBN abrasive on the surface of grind-drill was studied.Abrasive grains were randomly distributed on grinding-drill.Firstly,virtual grind-drill was established in ProE/5.0and the position and attitude of the abrasive grains were randomly distributed in the grinding surfaces.Then the model was imported into the 3D Deform software to simulate.According to the simulation results,the stress and load of the abrasive grains decreased with the increase of concentration,but the temperature increased with the increase of concentration.It showed that,in a certain range,the fine grain size of CBN particles had better processing performance.
