摘  要:目的探讨与分析不同真空采血管对血清锂浓度的检测影响。方法 2013年1月—12月选择该院门诊和住院部收治的患者120例,每例患者选择空腹静脉血4~6ml平分为两份,分别放入普通真空管(对照组)和肝素钠抗凝真空管(观察组),进行微量元素、锂浓度与相关临床指标的检测。结果二组样本的血清镁、钙、铁、铜、锌含量对比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。二组样本放置0h的血清锂浓度对比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),观察组样本放置6h的血清锂浓度明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组样本的TC、TG、AST、UA和ALT含量明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),而Glu含量都明显低于对照组,对比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论相对于普通真空采血管,肝素钠抗凝真空管的应用能避免标本溶血,有效抑制对于血清锂浓度的检测影响,满足常规生化检验要求,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the detect effects of different vacutainer for serum Lithium concentration.Methods From January 2013 to December 2013,120 patients admitted to hospital outpatient and inpatient were selected,the 4~6ml fasting blood were equally divided into two samples respectively into the ordinary vacuum tube(control group)and the heparin anticoagulation vacuum(observation group),and then the trace elements,Lithium concentration and clinical indicators were detected.ResultsThe serum Magnesium,Calcium,Iron,Copper,Zinc content in the two samples were showed no significant difference(P〉0.05).The serum Lithium concentration of two samples in the 0hplaced was showed no significant difference(P〉0.05),but its concentration in the observation group in the 6hplaced was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).The TC,TG,AST,UA and ALT levels in the observation group were significantly higher(P〈0.05),while the Glu levels were significantly lower than the control group,there was significant differences in contrast(P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with ordinary vacuum tube,heparin anticoagulation vacuum can avoid hemolysis,effective inhibit serum Lithium concentrations for the detection,to meet the requirements of conventional biochemical tests that should be widely applied.
