摘 要:提出一种基于半导体激光光源的新型雨滴谱测量仪,为了提高小雨滴直径和速度的测量精度,提出了一种根据平均光强大小浮动调节阈值的新方法.采用LD光源和线阵CMOS搭建雨滴测量光路,并用小球代替雨滴进行实验.小球经过测量区域时,线阵CMOS测得的光强分布发生变化,且由于衍射的原因,经过不同的测量区域时所测得的光强分布存在显著的差别.测量结果验证了新方法的可行性.对比传统的测量方法,新型雨滴谱仪测量小雨滴的精度提高了约6%,能够满足降雨量自动测量中对小雨滴精确测量的要求.A new algorithm of obtaining flpating thresholding based on average light intensity is used to improve the measurement accuracy of particle diameter and velocity of small raindrop. A LD source and linear CMOS are used to setup an optical measurement scheme for raindrop parameters with small ball be- ing used to substitute for raindrop.The intensity distribution of linear CMOS changes while the balls pass through the measurement area.There is a significant difterence in the intensity distribution of the different measure area because of optieal diffraction.The measurement results verify the feasibility of the new meth- od.The experimental result is compared with the traditional method. The result of the comparison shows that the accuracy is inereased by about 6 % and new raindrop monitor instrument satisfies the requirement of precipitation auto-measurement for high precision of small raindrop.
