摘 要:目的考察婴幼儿有意义听觉整合量表(Infant-Toddler Meaningful Auditory Integration Scale,IT-MAIS)和小龄儿童听觉发展问卷(Littl EARS Auditory Questionnaire,Littl EARS)用于评估小龄听障儿童的相同与不同。方法对36例0-3岁听障儿童助听设备配戴前、配戴后3、6、9、12个月时分别利用IT-MAIS和Littl EARS进行评估,分析两种问卷评估分数的变化特点,并将其与对应常模进行对比。结果IT-MAIS得分随助听设备配戴时间的延长不断增加,但样本得分增长速度不如健听儿童常模增长速度;Littl EARS得分随助听设备配戴时间的延长不断增加,样本得分增长趋势和健听儿童常模增长趋势相似。两种问卷分数的相关性达极显著性水平(P<0.01)。结论 IT-MAIS和Littl EARS各有特点,在评估听障儿童听觉能力时可以两者结合应用。Objective To examine the similarities and differences between the Infant-Toddler Meaningful Auditory Integration Scale (IT-MAIS) and LittlEARS Auditory Questionnaire when used to evaluate young hearing-impaired children. Methods IT-MAIS and LittlEARS were administered in 36 hearing-impaired children aged below 3 years before using hearing assistance instruments and at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after. Results IT-MAIS scores increased continuously, although the growth rate was lower than that of normal hearing chil- dren. LittlEARS scores also increased continuously with a growth trend similar with that in normal heating children, Conclusion IT-MAIS and LittlEARS have their own distinguished features and can be combined to evaluate hearing-impaired children.
