摘　　要：目的探讨改良耳后扩张皮瓣切口在耳廓再造中的应用。方法在2009-2014年采用皮肤软组织扩张器结合自体肋软骨支架移植方法进行外耳再造,于二期手术中保留扩张器后缘下1/3不予切断。结果本组患者共42例,术后随访患者30例,随访时间6-18个月,平均随访时间14个月,再造耳廓感觉功能无明显异常,颅耳角无明显变化,再造耳廓无牵拉、变形,患者基本满意。结论本手术方法可有效减少由瘢痕牵拉引起的再造耳廓变形的发生,易于操作,值得推广。Objective To report treatment outcomes of a modified postauricular expansion skin flap incision technique for auricle reconstruction. Methods Form 2009 to 2014, a soft tissue skin expander was used together with autogenous rib cartilage framework in ear reconstruction, with the trailing third edge of the expanded flap retained during the second stage of the reconstruction. Results A total of 42 patients received the procedure, and 30 of these patients were followed up for 6-18 months （mean = 14 months）. Normal sensory functions were restored in the reconstructed auricle, with no deformation or obvious change in the cranioauricular angle during follow up. Conclusion This modified technique can effectively reduce deformation of the reconstructed auricle caused by scars. The technique is simple and worth wide use.
