Residue and Dissipation of Pendimethalin by High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Cotton Soil Fields at Different Depths

摘  要:为了研究二甲戊灵在棉田不同深度土壤中的残留动态,明确不同土壤深度对二甲戊灵消解的影响,本研究采用HPLC法检测不同土壤深度的二甲戊灵在不同时间的残留量。结果表明:目标峰的分离效果好,最低检测浓度为0.005-10 mg/L时,相关系数为0.9981;二甲戊灵回收率为92.97%-94.33%,相对偏差(RSD)为3.79-4.57,最小检出量为0.05 mg/L。二甲戊灵在棉田的耗散遵循一级动力学方程;二甲戊灵在棉田半衰期为7.8-15.1d;土壤深度对二甲戊灵半衰期有影响。0、900、1350、1800 g/hm2(a.i.)二甲戊灵在不同深度0-5、5-10、10-15、15-20 cm土壤中,残留动态不同,土壤深度越深,二甲戊灵耗散越快。The dynamics of dissipation and half-life of pendimethalin in different soil depths,and the effect of soil depths on the dissipation of pendimethalin were studied here.Soil samples were extracted with acetone,and residue of pendimethalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the excellent separation was obtained,the coefficient was 0.9981 and the limit of detection concentration was 0.005 to 10 mg/L.The range of average recovery was 92.97% to 94.33%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.97 to 4.57,The limit of detection (LOD) for pendimethalin was 0.005 mg/kg.Pendimethalin dissipation in the cotton field follows a kinetic equation; the half-life was 7.8 to 15.1 d; soil depths has a significant effect on the half-life of pendimethalin at different depths (0-5,5-10,10-15,15-20 cm) soil (0,900,1350,1800 g/hm2(a.i.).Residual dynamics of different,the deeper soil depth,pendimethalin dissipate faster.
