摘 要:静电纺丝过程工艺参数对产品结构性能有很大影响,如何可控制备理想的纳米纤维材料成为电纺研究的重点。本文通过单因素实验考察静电纺丝重要工艺参数对PVC纳米纤维膜成纤性状的影响,并以此为依据确定因素水平范围,然后采用均匀设计法进行了多因素多水平的实验设计。实验结果表明:均匀设计法可采用较少的实验数据回归分析得到PVC静电纺丝最佳工艺参数(纺丝液浓度13%、流速1.2 m L/h、混合溶剂质量比DMF/THF=3/2、针头内径0.60 mm、静电纺电压20 k V和纺距25 cm),回归模型能有效预测纤维平均直径和串珠数,得到与实验值接近的结果。此方法为可控、有效制备复杂的聚氯乙烯纳米纤维材料奠定了基础。The parameters in electrospinning has been become the focus research on the process has an enormous influence on the controllable preparation of ideal nanofibrous product structure as well as properties.h materials by electrospinning technology.In this paper,the effect of the important process parameters on fibre traits of electrospun PVC membrane was first been studied by single-factor experiment,and then the uniform design method was used for conducting multi-factor and multi-level experiments. Regression equation model was constructed from data analysis on less trial data of uniform design experiment.The result showed the optimal parameters were 13% the mass concentration of polymer solution, 1.2mL/h fluid velocity, to DMF/ω THF=3/2 proportion of solvent,0.60 mm stainless steel needle model,20 kV voltage,and 25 cm the collect distance.Meanwhile,the forecast result of average diameter and standard deviation of fibers and numbers of beads were close to the experimental values.The resuhs indicated that uniform design method offered a good optimization of the process parameters on the electrospinning of polyvinyl chloride.This method layed the foundation for preparing better complex PVC nanofiber controllably and efficiently.
