超声法提取新疆废弃番茄茎叶中鞣质的工艺

摘  要:为了充分利用新疆番茄资源,研究了废弃番茄茎叶中鞣质的提取工艺。采用超声法提取,以番茄茎叶中鞣质的含量为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上选取乙醇浓度、固液比、超声时间、超声次数4个因素,正交试验优化鞣质的提取工艺,结果显示:料液比为1∶35,乙醇浓度为50%,每次提取50 min,提取2次是超声法提取废弃番茄茎叶中鞣质的最佳条件。在此最优条件下,废弃番茄茎叶中鞣质的提取率可达17.83 mg/g,且工艺简单可行。In order to make the most of tomato in Xinjiang, we study the extraction technology of tannin from the tomato stems and leaves with ultrasonic method. The contents of tannin was taken as evaluation indexes to determine the optimum extraction technology. Selecting the four factors which are ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic number as orthogonal experiment on the basis of the single factor experiment. The results showed that the best extraction conditions of each experiment are 35 times of the amount 50% ethanol for 50 min, and extracting for 2 times. The extraction efficiency could achieve 17.83 mg/g under the conditions above.
