乡村景观价值评价要素及可持续发展方法研究

摘　　要：针对快速城市化背景下、乡村地区转型发展的过程中,乡村景观对于公众的价值也有所改变。为了使乡村景观规划与设计更好地满足人类景观需求,需要通过量化及实证研究对乡村景观进行景观价值认知与评估。作为文化景观范畴内的乡村景观,具有多维度价值,从生态价值、社会文化价值、经济价值3个维度探讨了乡村景观的价值内涵。根据乡村景观的价值内涵提出以风景园林学科思想、生态规划思想为主导的多学科介入的研究方法,即景观生态学、景观感知与景观评价研究方法的介入。最后提出了在正确客观价值评估基础上,根据地域特色发展多功能综合农业景观、传统智慧基础上发展可持续高效农业、加强产业升级与资金支持等一系列以农业为核心的乡村景观价值提升策略。With the rapid urbanization, the process of the transformation of rural area development, the value of rural landscape is changing to the public. In order to make the rural landscape planning and design meet the demand of human landscape better, it requires value cognition and evaluation through quantitative and empirical study on rural landscape. As cultural landscape, rural landscape has multi-dimensional values, this article discusses the connotation of the value of rural landscape in three dimensions, the ecological value, social culture value and economic value. According to the connotation of rural landscape value, this paper presents taking the landscape architecture discipline and ecological planning as the leading ideology and multi-disciplinary research methods as intervention, namely, landscape ecology, landscape perception and evaluation methods. Finally this paper proposes on the foundation of objective evaluation and local characteristics, taking the agriculture as the core of the rural landscape value promotion strategy by developing multifunctional and integrated agricultural landscape, carrying on sustainable and high-efficiency agriculture on the basic of the conventional wisdom and strengthening industrial upgrading and financial support on agriculture.
