信息时代联合办公空间的发展及其对创新的影响研究

摘　　要：21世纪以来,随着知识型经济的发展和信息网络的普及,人们的生活形态与工作方式发生了显著变化,分散型、移动型和独立型的劳动者比例不断增加。在此背景下,以低成本、灵活开放、鼓励交往等为特征的联合办公空间应运而生,成为一个新兴的创新创业平台。通过文献综述和实践调研方法,首先深入认识联合办公空间的起源、发展、特征等问题,然后重点研究联合办公空间对创新的影响作用。研究表明,联合办公空间主要从空间、精神、行为、人四个方面促进创新,对当前城市空间变革也具有重要的启示意义。In the 21st century, people’s life style and work mode have changed significantly with the popularity of the knowledge-based economy and information net works, and the proportion of dispersed, mobile and independent workers also increases. Under this context, the co-working space with the characteristic of low-cost, flexibility and interaction emerges. The co-working space becomes a new platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. The methods of literature review and practical investigation are used to study the origin, development and characteristics of the co-working space. Then the paper researches the impact of co-working space on innovation in detail. The co-working space stimulates innovation in four aspects, including space, spirit, behavior and human. Finally, the paper explores the implications of the co-working space on current urban developments.
