维也纳“班霍夫城”——迈向可持续发展的新城区

摘　　要：本文从发展功能复合型的枢纽站、提倡低碳出行方式、保护城市的历史景观、建设大型城市公园和保障利益相关者共同决策五个方面,具体分析了奥地利维也纳班霍夫城的建设模式。维也纳班霍夫城的开发体现了轨道交通与城市可持续发展间的良性互动,为我国的城市建设提供了新的思路。＂Vienna Bahnhof City＂ is an ongoing project in Europe, which combines railway station modernization and urban renewal. This article analyzes features of ＂Vienne Bahnhof City＂, including developing railway station of mix-use, promoting systematic transition with low emission, preserving historic urban landscape, constructing new urban park and enabling the stakeholders into decision-making, etc., and shows its positive interaction bet ween railway modernization and sustainable urban renewal, which may offer reference for the city construction of our country.
