摘　　要：文章记录了南京大学建筑与城市规划学院建构设计和设计方法论课程中对南京南捕厅一处旧宅的两次设计改造的课程总结与思考过程,提供了设计上的两种思路,即建构设计思路与形式设计思路。通过基本的建构逻辑落实了设计的概念,试图寻求城市更新中建筑改造对城市空间的公共性补偿,并进一步展开空间的形式逻辑思考,强调建筑空间设计的形式逻辑性与整体性。This article is a summary and rethink about two courses in SAUP of Nanjing University, namely Tectonic Design and Design Methodology, which focused on the renovation of an ancient vernacular building in Nanjing. The courses offered two design methods： Tectonic design and Form design. Through the basic Tectonic principles, we tried to achieve the design concept of recreating the public space, and emphasis on the integrity of urban and architectural space in a logic of form.
