摘　　要：传统村落文化景观的保护应是整体性的文化保护,社区参与是传统村落文化景观保护的强大动力和重要手段。运用问卷调查及访谈的方法,在阐述开平碉楼传统村落社区参与文化景观保护现状的基础上,剖析地方政府、旅游企业和社区居民之间的权力关系,从制度增权的视角建构村落文化景观保护的保障与激励机制,以促进村落文化景观的可持续发展。The conservation of the traditional village cultural landscape should be the integrated conservation. Community participation is regarded as a powerful driving force and an important means for the conservation of traditional village culture landscape. Using the questionnaire survey and the interview method, the paper analyzes the power relationships between local government, tourism enterprises and community residents based on the elaboration of the status quo of community participation in the conservation of cultural landscape of Kaiping Watchtower. At last, it tries to construct village cultural landscape conservation guarantee and incentive mechanism from the perspective of institutional empowerment, which will promote the sustainable development of village cultural landscape.
