摘　　要：介绍国医大师阮士怡教授治疗冠心病的经验。阮教授崇尚"治病必求于本",认为冠心病辨证当从中医脾肾虚损立论,固护正气,扶正治本。据此创立"益肾健脾,涤痰散结"之法,标本同治,遣方用药之中常同时包含补肾助阳、益气健脾、涤痰散结、调血止痛四法;并创制治疗冠心病的经验方,施于临床,屡获良效。This paper introduces Prof.RUAN Shiyi＇ s experience in treating coronary heart disease（CHD）.Prof.RUAN advocates that treatment aim at its root causes.He holds that CHD syndrome differentiation should base on the theory of deficiency of spleen and kidney.Vital Qi should be protected.Thus Prof.RUAN establishes a method of ＂reinforcing kidney and strengthening spleen,removing phlegm and resolving mass＂.Manifestation and root cause are both treated.He makes prescriptions and uses herbs with the methods of reinforcing kidney and Yang,replenishing Qi,strengthening spleen,removing phlegm,resolving mass,regulating blood and relieving pain at the same time.His experienced prescription treating CHD is effective clinically.
