摘 要:为了使微纳薄层自蔓延焊接技术在电子器件、陶瓷等特种连接领域得到更广泛的应用,介绍了自蔓延焊接用多层膜材料国内外研究现状,分析了影响其焊接应用的膜层结构、热控工艺等关键因素。指出该焊接技术反应主体多层膜材料制备中存在的问题,并对微纳薄层自蔓延焊接工艺适应性和科学意义进行了分析总结。分析表明,在该技术的焊接应用研究方面有必要进行制备技术针对性研究;反应机理认识与焊接实效追溯联系尚未建立;还需就薄层自蔓延焊接质量与反应控制工艺进行更加充分的研究。In order to make the micro-nano thin layer self-propagating welding technology get more extensive application in some special connection fields, such as electronic component, ceramic materials and so on. In this article, it introduced the research status of the muhilayer film material used for self-propagating welding, and analyzed several key factors of affecting welding application, including film structure, thermal controlling technology etc. It pointed the existed problems in muhilayer film preparation, and summarized the adaptation and scientific significance of micro-nano thin layer self-propagating welding technology. The results indicated that it is necessary to carry out preparation technology targeted research in the aspect of welding application; Reaction mechanism and the actual effect retrospect contact has not been established; Still need to conduct more full research for thin layer self-propagating welding and reaction control technology.
