摘 要:为了有效防治火龙果溃疡病,通过病原菌分离纯化、致病性测定、形态学观察、rDNA-ITS序列分析和药剂室内毒力测定,对火龙果溃疡病病菌进行鉴定及抑菌药剂室内筛选。结果表明,菌株P1与新暗色柱节孢相似性达100%,结合形态学分析确定该菌株就是火龙果溃疡病病原菌;13种药剂中40%氟硅唑乳油、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和12.5%烯唑醇乳油的抑菌效果最好,EC50分别为0.050 7、0.131 7、0.183 2和0.173 1mg/L。In order to effectively control the disease of dragon fruit canker,the pathogen of dragon fruit canker was identified and the best fungicide inhabiting the pathogen was screened by isolation and purification of pathogen,pathogenicity test,morphological characteristics,analysis of rDNAITS sequences and laboratory toxicity test.The results showed that the strain P1 showed 100% of identity with Neoscytalidium dimidiatum.Combined with morphological analysis it indicated that the strain P1 was the pathogen causing canker.Laboratory screening of fungicides indicated that the40%flusilazole EC,10% difenoconazole WG,50% carbendazim WP and 12.5% dini-conazole EC had strong activities against the pathogen,with an EC50 of 0.0507mg/L,0.131 7mg/L,0.183 2mg/L and 0.173 1mg/L,respectively.The study could provide valuable reference for the control of dragon fruit canker.
