摘 要:梨霉斑病是广西梨树上一种发生比较普遍的重要病害,明确其病原菌分类地位以及筛选出相应的杀菌剂将为制订防治措施打下基础。通过病害症状识别、柯赫法则验证、病原菌形态特征及其rDNA-ITS序列分析,鉴定广西梨霉斑病病原菌为苹果假尾孢Pseudocercospora mali(Ell.et Ev.)Deighton。采用含毒介质法测定8种杀菌剂对该病原菌的毒力,结果表明,对该菌有较强抑制作用的杀菌剂有苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑、氟环唑、戊唑醇和代森锰锌,抑菌中浓度低于10μg/mL,其中苯醚甲环唑的抑菌效果最强,抑菌中浓度为0.099 4μg/mL。Pear mold spot is an important disease occurred widely in Guangxi. According to the symptom, Koch's Postulates, morphological characteristics of the pathogen and sequence analysis of rDNA-ITS, the pathogen causing pear mold spot was identified as Pseudocercospora mall(Ell, et Ev. )Deighton. Toxicity of eight fungicides on P. mall was tested by toxic medium method. The results showed that difenocinazole, propiconazole, epoxiconazole, tebuconazole and mancozeb had strong inhibitory effect on the pathogen, with the half inhibition concentration (IC50) below 10 μg/ mL, while difenocinazole was the most effective fungicide, with the IC50 of 0. 099 4μg/mL.
