摘 要:风电机组主要部件维修费用昂贵、可用度低,且不总能够通过维修恢复如新。针对这一问题,提出一种考虑不完全维修的风电机组状态–机会维修策略。该策略应用比例强度模型来描述风电机组部件的不完全维修,通过状态指示器来表述部件的运行状态,并根据状态指示器与状态维修阈值函数和机会维修阈值函数之间的大小关系来确定部件的维修时间和维修方式。在维修因子取值不同的情况下,两条维修阈值函数可通过单位运行时间内平均维修费用最小的方法优化得到。最后,利用风电机组部件的历史故障数据和状态监测数据,从经济性和可用度两方面进行仿真,来验证该策略的有效性和实际应用价值。The maintenance cost was quite expensive, the availability was low and the main components couldn't always be as good as new through maintenance. Focusing on these practical problems, this paper put forward a new maintenance strategy applied to the main components of a wind turbine, which was called condition based opportunistic maintenance strategy under imperfect maintenance. In the strategy, the paper used Weibull proportional intensity model to describe the imperfect maintenance, and utilized the condition indicator to characterize the operation condition of component. Then it could be confirmed by comparing the value of condition indicator with the values of condition maintenance threshold function and opportunistic maintenance threshold function to decide when and how a component needs to be maintained. In the case of repair factor taking different values, the two threshold functions could be determined by the approach of minimizing the long-run expected cost rate. Finally, based on historical faults data and condition monitoring data, the simulation analysis results showed the effectiveness and the practical valuableness of condition based opportunistic maintenance strategy from economy and availability.
