摘  要:针对新型超临界循环流化床锅炉炉型——六分离器并联布置的双水冷柱炉膛循环流化床进行冷态实验研究,考察其炉膛内颗粒浓度分布和各循环回路间气固流动不均匀特性。实验结果表明,炉膛内颗粒浓度轴向分布规律与矩形单炉膛循环流化床一致,呈下浓上稀的分布。在所示的分离器布置结构下,6个循环回路间存在明显的气固流动不均匀现象,且不均匀性主要存在于炉膛同一侧的3个回路间,循环流率、炉膛底部颗粒浓度和炉膛出口附近颗粒浓度都呈现"中间低两端高"的分布特点。循环流率分布不均匀性随表观气速的增大而增强,受静止床高的影响很小。炉膛中布置双水冷柱对六分离器并联布置循环流化床系统的气固流动不均匀性影响很小。Cold experiments were conducted on a CFB with two water-cooled pillars and six cyclones, which is a novel SCCFB design, to study gas-solid flow in the riser and flow non-uniformity. The results show that the solid volume fraction in the furnace decreases with height, similarly with single loop CFB with conventional furnace. Obvious flow non-uniformity exists among the six circulating loops and maldistribution occurs mainly across the three circulating loops on one side. Solid circulating rate, solid volume fraction in the bottom and solid volume fraction near the riser outlet are lower in the middle loop. The deviation of six circulating rates increase significantly with increasing superficial gas velocity, but changes little with bed inventory. The existence of two water-cooled pillars in the furnace has little influence on the distribution of six circulating rates.
