摘  要:多相电压源逆变器(voltage source inverter,VSI)广泛应用于低压大功率的电机驱动系统中,为了提高系统运行的可靠性,实现故障后无扰容错运行,其关键在于对功率变换器发生的故障进行实时有效的检测与识别。针对五相电压源逆变器单相桥臂功率管发生的开路故障,提出基于极电压误差标准化的故障诊断方法。该方法根据正常状态和故障发生后逆变器输出极电压间存在的偏差,通过分析和比较其产生原理和分布规律即可进行故障的诊断和定位。为了简化诊断算法,使其独立于直流母线电压,将极电压误差值执行标准化计算;采用将诊断变量与设定好的阀值相比较的方法,消除测量误差产生的影响;通过设置诊断变量的最小持续时间,避免了死区时间和开关延时引起的误诊断。实验结果验证了诊断算法的有效性和可靠性。Multiphase voltage source inverters(VSI) have been widely applied in motor drive systems with low-voltage and high-power. To improve the reliability of motor drive systems, and to realize fault-tolerant operation after faults, the key element lies in fault detection and identification timely and effectively. For the single-phase bridge open-circuit fault of a five-phase VSI, a diagnosis method based on standardized pole voltage error was proposed in this paper. According to the pole voltage deviation between normal and faulty conditions, by analyzing its generation principle and distribution regularity, the fault diagnosis and localization could be implemented. To simplify the algorithm and guarantee its independence from DC bus voltage, these error values were normalized. Threshold comparers were used to eliminate the effect of measurement noise. A minimum detection time was established to avoid misdiagnosis, which was caused by dead time and switching delay. Experimental results verify the validity and reliability of the proposed diagnosis method.
