摘 要:永磁同步电机具有功率密度高、功率因数高的优势,在各种场合得到广泛应用。当永磁电机处于转矩高过载状态时,由于定子绕组电密很高,短时间内发热严重,影响电机输出功率的进一步提高。该文从理论上分析了结构参数、绕组直流电阻对永磁电机的极限输入电流影响,研究了铜损耗系数及电机工作时长对电机过载能力的影响规律,以及热负荷对高过载永磁电机电磁参数选取的影响规律。通过有限元分析了高过载永磁电机的电磁参数和定子绕组温升,定量计算出考虑极限热负荷时永磁电机的过载能力,得到一种高过载永磁电机的设计方法,最后通过样机实验验证了理论计算的正确性。The permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantage of high power density and high power factor, which has been largely used in many occasions. When the permanent magnet motor is in high torque overload state, the stator winding current density is very high. So that the stator winding is in a severe fever, which impact motor's output power to enhance. This paper analyzed the influences of structure parameters and winding DC resistance on the extreme input current of permanent magnet motor in theory, and then researched the influences of the copper loss coefficient and the length of motor working time on motor overload ability, also the influence of the thermal load on the selection of electromagnetic parameters in high overload permanent magnet motor. Using the finite element this paper analyzed the electromagnetic parameters and the temperature of stator winding of high overload permanent magnet motor. Quantificationally calculate the overload ability of permanent magnet motor considering the extreme thermal load. Get a designing method of high overload permanent magnet motor. At last the correctness of theoretical calculation is verified by the experiment.
