摘 要:以表面环氧化的可分散性纳米SiO_2为填料,采用阴离子原位聚合法制备了单体浇铸尼龙6(MCPA6)/纳米SiO_2复合材料。用场发射扫描电镜、红外光谱和热重分析仪对纳米SiO_2在MCPA6中的分散和界面作用进行了研究,并用差示扫描量热仪和X射线衍射仪对复合材料的结晶性能和晶体结构进行了表征。结果表明:纳米SiO_2在MCPA6中具有较好的分散性,且纳米SiO_2与MCPA6之间具有较强的界面作用;纳米SiO_2的引入促进了MCPA6的结晶,随着纳米SiO_2用量的增加,所得复合材料的结晶温度逐渐升高,其熔点要比纯MCPA6稍高,但其结晶度逐渐下降;纳米SiO_2不改变MCPA6的α晶型结构;退火处理结果表明,纳米SiO_2有利于MCPA6基体中α晶型的生成,加快γ晶向α晶转变。The monomer casting nylon 6(MC nylon 6)/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by anionic in-situ polymerization using nano-SiO2 surface-modified by epoxy group as filler. The crystal structure and interface structure of the nanocomposites between MC nylon 6 and nano-SiO2 as well as their crystallization and melt behaviors were investigated by using Fourier transformation infrared spectrometry(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscope(SEM), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that nano-SiO2 well disperses in nylon 6 matrix. The interfacial interaction between MC nylon 6 and nano-SiO2 is strong. Moreover, nano-SiO2 facilitates the crystallization of MC nylon 6 matrix. With the addition of nano-SiO2, the crystallization temperature of MC nylon 6 composites increases gradually and their crystallinity decreases. Compared with neat MC nylon 6, the melting point of these composites increases slightly, but the crystal structure has no changes. The result of annealing treatment shows that nano-SiO2 favores the development of α form and promotes the transformation from γ form to α form.
