苯并三唑类复合型高分子光稳定剂的合成与性能研究

摘　　要：以2-（2＇,4＇-二羟基苯基）-2H-苯并三唑、聚乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸十八醇酯、4（甲基丙烯酰氧基）2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在氮气保护下通过溶液共聚合成了三种兼具紫外吸收和捕获自由基两种功能的梳状复合型高分子光稳定剂。采用红外光谱（IR）、紫外光谱（UV）、核磁共振（~1H-NMR）等对产物进行了表征,并通过1H-NMR确定了共聚单体配比;采用热失重对产物的热性能进行了分析。结果表明：产物具有较好的紫外光吸收性能,在220~350 nm范围内有较强的紫外吸收;所合成的高分子光稳定剂的热分解温度明显高于低分子紫外线吸收剂的分解温度。Three kinds of comb like polymer light stabilizer with the function of UV absorption and free capture were synthesized by 2-（2＇, 4＇-dihydroxyphenyl）-2H-benzotriazole, Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate, Octadecyl acrylate, 4-methacryloyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidine styrene as the main raw materials, toluene as the solvent, Azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator, under N_2 protection with solution copolymerization. The structure of copolymers was confirmed by IR, UV and ~1H-NMR, and then the proportion of comonomer was determined by ~1H-NMR. The results show that the light stabilizers in the range of 220~350 nm have a strong UV absorption, and the thermal decomposition temperature of the synthesized polymeric light stabilizer is significantly higher than that of the low molecular ultraviolet absorbent.
