摘　　要：将阻燃剂双(2,4,6-三溴苯基)磷酸二酯二密胺盐的合成由50 g放大至2.5 kg级别,并对放大后的中间体及最终产品的反应温度、反应时间及结构进行了优化及表征,并对其氧指数及垂直燃烧等级进行了测试。结果表明:双(2,4,6-三溴苯基)磷酸二酯二密胺盐具有良好的阻燃性能,将其添加到聚丙烯(PP)中,当该阻燃剂用量为30%时,阻燃PP的氧指数达到28.6%,垂直燃烧等级达到UL 94V-0级。The flame retardant bis-（2,4,6-tribrominephenyl） phosphoric di-melamine salt were synthesized by the level of 2.5 kg. The reaction temperature, reaction time and structure of the amplified intermediate and final products were optimized and characterized, and their oxygen index and vertical burning grade were tested. The results show that the flame retardant bis-（2,4,6-tribrominephenyl） phosphoric di-melamine salt shows excellent flame retardant performance; the oxygen index of flame retarded PP reaches to 28.6%, and the UL 94 vertical burning level is V-0 when the flame retardant amount is 30%.
