软实力视角下齐鲁文化新优势对策研究

摘　　要：文章旨在从文化软实力的视角入手,延伸至齐鲁文化产业发展的优势问题的探讨和研究。为此,文章在相关研究成果及对文化软实力内涵的分析基础上,设计出文化软实力的评价指标体系,包括6个一级指标以及31个二级指标,然后从这些设计出发,利用相关数据对山东省的文化软实力及比较优势进行了实证分析。结果显示齐鲁文化软实力综合水平和分项指标值都不容乐观。最后针对齐鲁文化软实力建设方面存在的问题和不足,提出了提升文化软实力,发展齐鲁文化产业新优势的对策建议。This article from the perspective of cultural soft power in the study of Qilu culture industry development, extends its study to six dimensions as cultural productivity, cultural transmission, cultural security, cultural creativity and cultural core force, then refined into 31 secondary evaluation index and an empirical analysis. The results show that the Qilu culture soft power integrated level and component parameter values are not optimistic. Finally, aiming at the problems of Qilu culture soft strength construction and the insufficiency, it proposes measures to improve culture soft strength and Suggestions for development of industry of Qilu culture.
